The scope consisted of the excavation and stockpiling of sorted materials.  Construction of a stormwater drainage system including a lined stormwater storage pond.  Construction of a lift station including all required appurtenances.  Grading of site for stormwater conveyance including culverts, rip rap, silt fencing and erosion blankets.  Detailed excavation of a building envelope for a foundation structure and placement of aggregate for road and building structures.  Preparation of foundation, subgrade and sub-ballasts for rail bed.
