Our History

NuEdge Construction Ltd. strives to provide top quality service.  Our primary focus has been commercial and residential site preparation including all underground construction as well as an earthworks component.  NuEdge is active with municipal projects, commercial development and private construction projects. The company was founded in July of 2005 as NuEdge Construction Ltd. by Wayne and Michelle Bowman in Camrose, Alberta.  The first construction job for NuEdge was for Ducks Unlimited Canada with Wayne and Jerry Van Der Dussen running the machinery with a small crew and Michelle handling the administrative duties.  Wayne and Michelle steadily grew a dedicated and hard working family of employees and impressive fleet of equipment, to what they have become today.  NuEdge has an impressive track record of taking on and exceeding expectations of any job opportunity. In the year 2007 the company began to experience rapid growth.  Wayne’s vision of what he wanted to achieve for NuEdge and his intuition for industry trends, led to NuEdge evolving into a company that has the capacity to meet any challenge it is presented. 2008 saw further expansion as Wayne bought  High Energy HDD and added a Hydro-vac unit and in house trucking providing NuEdge with a competitve advantage, thus allowing us to keep a tight rein on quality control.  NuEdge is proud of the excellent group of individuals who work for and with us every day.  Our crews know their jobs well and strive to give our customers an end result that demonstrates quality workmanship, which is on schedule and on budget.  As a result, NuEdge has a first class reputation with a responsive, quality oriented operation.
